Marina Romoli to manage Diadora-Pasta Zara.

Team Diadora-Pasta Zara-Manhattan has announced that it has taken on Marina Romoli as manager. 23-year-old Romoli, who was National Points Junior Champion in 2006, looked set for a glittering Elite career when she was involved in an horrific accident on the 1st of June 2010 during which she was catapulted through a car window. She sustained facial injuries that required 500 stitches, a punctured lung and - worst of all - spinal injuries that left her confined to a wheelchair. As one of the most colourful and gifted characters in the sport, her return to professional cycling will be very welcome.
